Contact form and correspondence
We use your email address, message and name, if you provide it, to reply and discuss working together. If your enquiry concerns a potential contract, we process your data to take steps at your request before entering into that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries, processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary. We need an email address and a project description to accept a form submission.
Who receives your data and how long we keep it
Your message is sent over an encrypted connection to the website server, then via SMTP to biuro@adius.pl. Hosting and email providers process your data as needed to deliver these services. We do not use contact form data for marketing. We keep correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact. If we enter into a contract, we retain the related data for the periods set out in the contract and required by law.
Security and logs
To protect the form from misuse, we store a hash of your IP address, submission attempt counts and a submission ID for up to 24 hours. These files do not contain your message. The server may keep access logs that include your IP address, the time and the URL you requested. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, profile users or make automated decisions about them. The contact form works without cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict how it is processed. Where the GDPR provides for it, you can request data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
