Product configurator

A product configurator where customers build their own order.

Customers choose the size, material and extras, and the price and drawing change with every choice. They add the finished configuration to the basket, and the order reaches your system with the full specification.

The demo works: change the material, length and legs of the table.

Benefits

Fewer price questions. More finished orders.

A price straight away, no waiting for a quote

Customers don’t need to email or call to learn the cost. They see the price of the chosen variant and can buy or send an enquiry right away.

Only configurations you can make

Rules stop customers choosing a combination that cannot be produced. Fewer corrections and phone calls after the order is placed.

The full specification in every order

Sizes, variants and extras arrive in the order in an agreed format. Production and the warehouse don’t retype anything by hand.

What the project covers

From the drawing to the order in your system.

Interface and visualisation

We design the steps so they make sense without instructions. The product is shown as a 2D drawing with dimensions or as a 3D model customers can rotate.

UX/UI · 2D drawing · 3D model (WebGL)

Price list and rules

We move your price list and the dependencies between options into the application. Prices and rules live in one place, so changing them doesn’t mean rebuilding the configurator.

Live pricing · Option compatibility rules

Basket and payment

The finished configuration goes to the basket with a full description of the variant. We connect the configurator to your store and online payments.

WooCommerce · Stripe · REST API

ERP and production integration

We pass the order and its specification to your ERP, warehouse or straight to production. We also sync stock and prices.

ERP/WMS · Order and price sync

We work with you from the first conversation to launch. We’ve delivered more than 100 commercial projects for companies in Poland, Germany and the US, and we bring in specialists with the experience your project needs.

01

Goals and planning

We discuss what you want to achieve and what the first version needs to include. Then we agree on the scope and prepare an estimate.

02

Design and development

We share screen designs and working features for your feedback. We discuss your comments as we go and agree on any changes to the scope together.

03

Launch and next steps

We check that the key features work, launch the app and hand over the agreed materials. We plan further work around your priorities.

FAQ

Configurator questions.

How much does a product configurator cost?

It depends on the number of options and rules, the kind of visualisation (2D drawing or 3D model) and the integration with your store or ERP. After a conversation about your product, we agree the scope of the first version and prepare a quote.

Will the configurator work with my store?

Yes. The configurator can be part of the store or a separate application embedded in your website. We work most often with WooCommerce and Stripe, and connect to other systems through their APIs.

2D drawing or 3D model?

A 2D drawing with dimensions is enough for many products, such as windows, and loads instantly. A 3D model works well when customers want to see the product from every side. We start it only after the first interaction, so the page stays fast.

Can I change prices and options myself?

Yes, if you need to. We agree which data should be editable and connect it to an admin panel, your store or the ERP you already use.

Will the configurator page show up in Google?

Yes. The product description and key content are in the page’s HTML, and the interactive part works alongside them. We also look after loading speed, which affects search rankings.

Do you sell a product with variants?

Tell us what you sell and what the price depends on. A price list or a description is enough. We’ll show you how your configurator could work.
