Store integration with ERP and WMS

A store and an ERP that speak the same language.

Store orders reach your ERP and warehouse on their own, and stock, prices and statuses flow back to the store without retyping. Fewer mistakes, fewer sales of stock you no longer have.

We work with the APIs of the systems you already use.

Data flow: orders go to the ERP; stock, prices and statuses come back to the store.

Benefits

Less manual work. Fewer order mistakes.

Accurate stock in the store

Customers see what is really in the warehouse. Fewer cancelled orders and apologies for missing stock.

Orders without retyping

Each order reaches the ERP and warehouse with complete data. Nobody copies addresses, items and payments between systems.

One source for prices and products

You change prices and product data in one place. The store picks them up, so they never drift from your offer.

He built our pricing pages and product configurators and delivered complete payment flows.

What the project covers

An integration that copes on a bad day too.

Data analysis and mapping

We check what data the store has and what the ERP and warehouse hold. We agree which system is the source of truth for stock, prices and orders.

Field mapping · Source of truth

API connection

We connect the systems through their APIs or other available data exchange. The integration runs alongside the store and doesn’t slow it down for customers.

Resilience

When the ERP is unavailable, orders wait in a queue and are sent again. Every operation leaves a trace, so you know what happened and why.

Queue · Retries · Logs

Launch and maintenance

We test on data from your store, roll the integration out step by step and stay with it after launch. Changes to the systems are planned together.

FAQ

ERP integration questions.

Which ERP and WMS systems do you integrate with?

Any that offer an API or another way to exchange data. We start by reading your system’s documentation and tell you what can be synced and how.

Do you integrate WooCommerce stores?

Yes, it is the platform we work with most. We also work with stores on other platforms and with custom-built applications.

How often do stock and prices sync?

As often as your sales need and your system allows. Changes can arrive instantly through webhooks or on a schedule every few minutes.

What happens if the ERP stops responding?

The store keeps working. Orders wait in a queue and are sent when the ERP is back. Errors are logged, and you are notified of a longer outage.

How much does an ERP integration cost?

It depends on the systems, the scope of data and how many directions the sync runs in. After reviewing the API documentation, we agree the scope of the first version and prepare a quote.
